Wonderland Lake, my back yard, was half covered this week with ice and half with water. The sunset reflections of the foothills in the lake made puzzling shapes and colors- dipping between reflection and opaque surface.

New Earrings

These little earrings are an exercise in simplicity. I needed to come up with some new designs to go with my knotted and coiled necklaces, but did not want to repeat the coil/tube concept. Poison Frog

This cuff and Square Knot necklace were inspired by the colors of tropical frogs and complementary colors- olive/persimmon, mustard yellow, black and taupe. It’s all about the balance of color, but I love the funky play between the tones. Also: very wearable.
