I have returned from a good show in Crested Butte, CO-one of the most beautiful places on earth. This little watercolor was painted from a snap shot my husband took while hiking to Copper Lake. I was working!

Bad Ass Necklace

OK, a little crude with the name. But it was invigorating to make this necklace that felt very raw and contemporary, rather than floral and “pretty.” It lies beautifully on the neck, especially after re-stringing it many times to get the balance correct. I think I will do more pieces in this genre/feel.
