Warming up for a day of assembling jewelry and shipping with a watercolor of Trader Joe’s lilies.

Here is another Multi-strand necklace (these are for an order going to the Museum of Arts and Design in NYC.) Just put together this Multi strand necklace. The combination of blue-greens and blues, some turquoise and amber-red make an unusual balance. Warm and cool together. When worn is a twisted wrap around the neck, it almost feels like a printed scarf dotted with silky bits of color here and there.

I created this cuff over the weekend. I am embarrassed to  admit that I was having a hard time getting motivated to create new work. Just completed this new piece. It is 3 graduated tubes of herringbone stitch, stuffed with glass beads so that it has a lovely weight and hangs well.
